GNA PROJECT OUT-LAY.
PHASE 1:
The first phase involves the acquisition of 1200 acres of land, followed by the sale of gated community plots at competitive rates. With 8400 plots available for sale, this phase is expected to generate substantial revenue and lay the foundation for future development.
PHASE 2:
In the second phase, Sizoomu & Partners Habendum Uganda Limited will purchase 100 acres of land around Kampala city suburbs to develop gated communities with modern amenities. The sale of 700 plots is projected to generate significant revenue, further fueling the project’s momentum.
PHASE 3:
The final phase of the GNA project entails the purchase of 1300 acres of lakeside land and the construction of 240,000 low-cost apartments. These apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, will cater to a wide range of clients and contribute to the growth of the local housing market.
